Senior Product Manager - PayTech (Compliance, Data & Finance)

Hybrid: Swindon, Wiltshire or Paddington, London

Salary: £75,000 – £85,000 + annual bonus

About the role

Edenred PayTech’s Paytech Nexus is the group’s core payments platform, processing 1.5B+ transactions a year across 30+ countries and multiple channels (open- and closed-loop card schemes, bank rails, diverse funding flows). We’re transforming our compliance and data capabilities to meet evolving UK & European regulation, reduce fraud and improve operational efficiency - and we need an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead a compliance product domain through that change.

You will:

  • Lead a cross-functional product domain (product managers, business analysts) for Compliance, Data & Finance, reporting to the Head of Product.
  • Own roadmap prioritisation and backlog management, focusing on maximum business value and regulatory compliance.
  • Drive delivery of capabilities including transaction monitoring (AML/fraud), sanctions & PEP screening, 360º accountholder view & case management, and regulatory reporting.
  • Work closely with internal compliance teams, tech squads (onshore/offshore), clients and third-party vendors to capture requirements, shape solutions and ensure operational readiness.
  • Manage vendor selection and contracts for best-in-class partners and integrations.
  • Define clear business context, measurable outcomes and acceptance criteria for development teams; support end-to-end delivery from discovery through rollout and operational handover.
  • Track budgets, delivery status, risks and dependencies; remove impediments to maximise team efficiency.
  • Package services and materials for clients, operations and rollout teams; ensure solutions are secure, scalable and supportable.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
