Senior Product Manager
AI and Discovery
London Hybrid (2 days)
We are working with a well-established, London-based consumer technology business that is investing heavily in AI and personalisation as part of a significant digital transformation. They are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own their Discovery experience while helping shape how AI can make a high-touch service feel even more intuitive and personal at scale.
This is a genuinely interesting product challenge. The business serves a large and engaged membership base across multiple lifestyle verticals. The goal is not to replace the human element with automation, it is to use AI thoughtfully, so members feel understood and catered for without the service losing its warmth. Getting that balance right is the real brief.
You will work closely with Data Science, Engineering, and Design across a distributed international team, with real autonomy to shape strategy and make an impact from day one.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
