Senior Product Manager – Insurtech
Salary: £70,000 – £100,000 + Benefits
Location: UK Remote
Shape the Future of AI in Commercial Insurance
Our client is an exciting UK Insurtech start-up developing market-leading AI technology for Commercial Insurance Brokers. Combining the agility and innovation of a fast-growing technology business with the financial strength of a successful European Insurance Group, they are building products that have the potential to transform the insurance market.
They are now seeking an outstanding Senior Product Manager to help define, build and deliver the next generation of AI-powered software solutions.
The Role
You’ll work closely with Engineering, Business Analysis and senior leadership to define product strategy, prioritise development and ensure every feature delivers measurable value for customers.
This is a hands-on Product Management role with significant ownership, where you’ll have genuine influence over both product direction and business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Own product strategy, roadmap and priorities.
- Work closely with Engineering and Business Analysis teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Balance customer needs with commercial objectives.
- Prioritise product backlogs to maximise business value.
- Translate market insight into innovative product features.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Help shape the long-term product vision.
- Drive continuous improvement through customer feedback and data-led decision making.

About You
You’ll be commercially minded, intellectually curious and thrive in a fast-moving environment where initiative and ownership are valued. You’ll ideally have:
- Proven Product Management experience within a B2B Insurtech or B2B Fintech software business (5+ years relevant experience post degree ideal)
- Experience delivering B2B software products.
- Strong data-driven product management experience and an analytical approach to decision making.
- Experience working alongside Agile Engineering teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- A collaborative, engaging personality with the confidence to build lasting relationships.
- The ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on.
- Experience working effectively within a remote-first environment.
- A strong academic background (2:1 min degree)

Experience within Commercial, Specialty or Financial Lines Insurance would be highly beneficial. Exposure to Cyber Insurance, Directors’ & Officers’ (D&O), Accident & Health (A&H) or data-rich insurance products would be an advantage, although candidates from commercial B2B Insurtech or Fintech environments are also encouraged to apply.
