Why join us

Our vision in Argos Data & Analytics is to empower every Argos colleague with accessible, trusted data and deliver market-leading analytical and AI solutions that drive smarter decisions and sustained competitive advantage.

As Senior Product Manager within the data & BI teams, you’ll have the opportunity to shape how data, insight and emerging AI capabilities are used to improve some of the most important decisions across Argos. From range and suppliers to pricing, promotions, stock and trading plans, the products you lead will help Commercial teams make better decisions and deliver greater value for our customers and business.

Working closely with Commercial, Analytics, Product, Engineering and Delivery colleagues, you’ll own a significant Data & Analytics product area and help set a joined-up direction across the Commercial domain.

What you’ll do

  • Own the direction, strategy and roadmap for a significant Commercial Data & Analytics product area, including data and analytical insight products such as BI.
  • Partner closely with Commercial and Commercial Analytics teams to understand their decisions, challenges and opportunities, translating these into clear product priorities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business decisions and actions through better use of data, insight and emerging AI capabilities.
  • Define measurable customer and business outcomes, using evidence and insight to prioritise investment and demonstrate impact.
  • Lead ongoing discovery and delivery, working across Product, Engineering, Analytics, Data Science and Delivery teams, including onshore and offshore colleagues.
  • Manage priorities, dependencies and trade-offs, breaking larger opportunities into smaller increments that deliver value early and often.
  • Simplify, modernise and, where appropriate, retire existing products to ensure the product portfolio continues to meet business needs.
  • Help move insight towards action, evolving products beyond reporting what happened to helping colleagues make better decisions.
  • Contribute to the wider Product community, helping develop our product culture, capabilities and ways of working.

Who you are

You’re an experienced product leader who is comfortable operating in a complex, data-rich environment and turning ambiguity into clear direction. You combine strong product judgement with a genuine curiosity about how the business operates and where data, analytics and AI can make the greatest difference.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
