Our flagship application, Interu (interu.io), is enabling organisations to track forest risk commodities across their supply chains and meet sustainability targets and regulations. By doing so, we are helping combat deforestation and the illicit trade in commodity supplies. Designed for scalability, Interu supports an ever growing number of supply chains and organisations, with the flexibility to onboard other industries and products seamlessly.
Overview
This is a senior individual contributor role for someone whose craft is ‘product’ itself. You'll own an area of the platform end to end: understanding the problem deeply, deciding what we bet on, defining how we measure it, and learning from everything we ship.
You will work closely with and report to the Head of Product, as a genuine thinking partner. We are looking for someone who brings their own point of view, backs it with evidence, and lifts the standard of product thinking across the team through the way they work. We are AI first as a company and in our product development processes; we are looking for someone who is comfortable building with AI.

About You
What you'll do
- Own a product area end to end, from the first customer conversation to the measured outcome
- Lead discovery that changes what we build, choosing the right depth of research for each question
- Define and instrument the metrics for your area, and bring the team along with what they reveal
- Shape the roadmap alongside the Head of Product, bringing evidence and a clear point of view
- Tell a compelling story to engineers, customers and the exec team alike
- Be comfortable and adept at leading the design & concepts of solutions – building to our design principles set by our Product Design Lead
- Help us scale how product operates day to day — the processes, rituals and rhythms a growing team needs, defined well and evolved as we grow
- Shape how we land what we ship: how releases are communicated inside the company, and how we position them for customers and the market — partnering with the Head of Product to make this a strength
- Lift the PMs around you through mentoring, pairing and example
- Use AI to move faster in your own work (discovery, research, design, prototyping), and help shape where it belongs in the product

Between 3–5 years in product management, with experience in complex B2B SaaS — and a real appetite for what comes next.

Your first year
- 3 months. You own your area, and you've taught us something new about our customers.
- 6 months. Your metrics are the ones the whole team watches. You've made a call that changed our direction, backed by what you learned.
- 12 months. PMs across the team work differently because of you, and you're one of the voices we turn to when the strategy is still forming.
How we work
We’re a small team and have a collaborative approach; with a short path between a question and the person who can answer it. Discovery runs continuously here and we aim to strike the balance between speed & research. We write down our hypotheses so we can learn from them later, and we welcome challenges from anyone — including someone in their first week. We are AI first in discovery and development but know when to drive customer interaction for discovery and validation. We'd rather put something small in front of two customers and learn quickly than spend a quarter getting certain. Every bet teaches us something worth having. We are people-first, and believe we all do our best work with trust, autonomy and support.
