Senior Product Manager – B2B SaaS
£60,000–£75,000 + benefits
Manchester City Centre – Hybrid, typically 2–3 days a week in the office
The business has grown quickly over the last few years into a 200+ person organisation, building a successful B2B SaaS platform used by hundreds of thousands of customers across the UK.
The technology function is sizeable too, with 50+ Software Engineers alongside an established Product team working in cross-functional squads.
They’re now looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of an important digital product area with a particularly strong focus on AI.
About the Role
This isn’t a role where you’ll be handed a roadmap and asked to deliver it.
You’ll own the strategy, roadmap and outcomes for your area, speaking directly with customers, identifying the highest-value problems and deciding what the team should focus on next.

A big part of the role will also be shaping their approach to AI-driven products and workflows, looking at where AI can genuinely improve both the customer experience and how the wider business operates.
You’ll work closely with engineering, design, data and senior leadership, so being able to bring people with you and explain the reasoning behind product decisions is important.
They’re looking for someone who can take an ambiguous problem and turn it into a clear direction without needing lots of instruction.
Ideal Candidate
You’ll ideally have experience with:
- B2B SaaS products
- End-to-end product ownership
- Product strategy, discovery and roadmapping
- Demonstrating measurable commercial impact
- Customer-led discovery
- Working closely with engineering, design and data
- Influencing senior stakeholders
- Using AI tools within your day-to-day product workflow
- Operating with a high level of autonomy
