Fresenius Kabi

Fresenius Kabi is a global healthcare company specialising in lifesaving medicines, clinical nutrition, infusion therapies and medical technologies. Every day, our products support healthcare professionals in caring for critically and chronically ill patients across hospitals, community settings and homecare.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our UK Nutrition Marketing team and help drive the commercial success of our Enteral Nutrition portfolio.

The Opportunity

This is a high-impact, hands-on commercial product management role focused on the day-to-day performance, optimisation and growth of our Enteral Nutrition portfolio.

You will take ownership of commercial planning, forecasting, supply chain partnership, product lifecycle management, launch readiness and portfolio performance. You will work closely with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Scientific Affairs, Homecare (Calea) and regional and global colleagues to turn complex inputs into clear decisions and practical action.

Alongside portfolio ownership, you will be a senior member of the Nutrition Marketing team. You will use your expertise and collaborative leadership to coach colleagues, share strong practice and help raise the overall operating standard of the team, without direct line management responsibility.

The role will suit an experienced commercial product manager who combines strong operational discipline with curiosity, pace and a willingness to work in the detail.

What You Will Do

Portfolio performance and commercial leadership

  • Lead the day-to-day commercial management of assigned lines within the Enteral Nutrition portfolio.
  • Monitor revenue, market performance, margin, risks and opportunities, and recommend actions to support sustainable growth.
  • Develop and execute annual portfolio plans aligned to agreed business priorities.
  • Translate market insight, customer feedback and performance data into clear commercial recommendations.
  • Support pricing, profitability, portfolio optimisation and investment decisions.

Forecasting, S&OP and supply chain partnership

  • Own and continuously improve portfolio forecasts, working with Sales, Finance, Demand Planning and Supply Chain.
  • Play an active role in S&OP, ensuring assumptions are robust, transparent and grounded in market realities.
  • Monitor inventory, stock requirements, product availability and supply risks, taking early action where required.
  • Lead the commercial response to supply constraints, shortages, product changes and other operational issues.
  • Ensure portfolio plans reflect manufacturing, supply and operational capacity.

Product and portfolio lifecycle management

  • Manage products and SKUs through all stages of the lifecycle, from evaluation and launch through optimisation, rationalisation and discontinuation.
  • Identify portfolio gaps, duplication, risks and opportunities, and develop evidence-based recommendations.
  • Coordinate commercial, regulatory, supply, device and customer considerations across relevant stakeholders.
  • Support regional and global discussions on new products, range changes and lifecycle decisions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Experience managing physical product portfolios within a regulated and production-led environment.
  • Proven ownership of commercial performance, forecasting and portfolio planning.
  • Strong practical experience of demand planning, S&OP, inventory management, supply constraints and supply chain collaboration.
  • Experience of SKU and product lifecycle management, including launches, range changes, optimisation and discontinuation.
  • High levels of commercial numeracy, with confidence working with sales data, forecasts, pricing, margin and financial assumptions.
  • A track record of leading complex cross-functional work and influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach colleagues, share expertise and bring others on the journey.
  • A self-starting and largely self-sufficient approach, with the curiosity and learning agility to master new products, processes and organisational ways of working quickly.
  • Clear, concise communication and sound judgement when balancing commercial, customer and operational priorities.
