About the Client

Our client is a B2B iGaming platform provider, specializing in turnkey and white-label solutions for online casino and sportsbook operators. They offer services such as player account management, game aggregation, payment processing, and affiliate management. With a focus on rapid market entry and scalability, they serve a diverse clientele in the iGaming sector.

Role Overview

As a Senior Product Manager, you will define and execute the long-term vision and strategy for our proprietary PAM platform. This role offers the chance to lead a team in developing a leading B2B solution for regulated markets. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product features and drive product innovation based on customer feedback and market trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the long-term vision and strategy for our proprietary PAM platform and decide where the product should evolve.
  • Lead the platform's development to make it a leading B2B solution for regulated markets.
  • Manage, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers.
  • Own the product roadmap and prioritize features and product investments.
  • Work closely with the Engineering team to deliver scalable, flexible, and high-quality product features.
  • Gather customer feedback, monitor market trends and competitors, and use these insights to improve the product.
  • Track product performance using KPIs and data to measure adoption, customer satisfaction, and business impact.
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Customer Success, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure the product meets customer and business needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, including experience in iGaming.
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership role within Product Management (Head of Product, Group Product Manager, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in managing and developing product teams, including Product Managers.
  • Hands-on experience with PAM (Player Account Management) platforms or other complex iGaming core platforms.
  • Strong understanding of key PAM domains: Wallet, Payments, CRM, Bonus Engine, KYC, Risk & Fraud, Responsible Gaming, and Back Office.
  • Experience working with regulated iGaming markets, preferably Tier-1.
  • Strong expertise in developing product strategy, vision, and roadmaps for scalable platforms.
  • Languages: English, Russian.
