About the opportunity 👇

Key Responsibilities

Subscriptions Modernisation

  • Own and drive the end-to-end delivery of Stripe as our billing, payments, and invoicing platform, replacing our legacy in-house subscriptions system.
  • Define requirements, manage dependencies, and keep Engineering, Commercial, and Finance teams aligned throughout.
  • Identify and manage risk proactively; surface trade-offs clearly and make sound prioritisation calls in a complex, multi-team environment.
  • Establish clear success metrics for the migration and track outcomes through to completion.

Salesforce PRM

  • Lead the product work to build and deploy a new Salesforce-based Partner Relationship Management system.
  • Work with Sales, Engineering, and our channel partners to understand current pain points and define what a better partner experience looks like in practice.
  • Drive requirements that reduce helpdesk tickets and manual intervention, and make it significantly easier for partners to buy and provision Exclaimer products at scale.
  • Ensure the PRM integrates cleanly with our commercial and billing systems, and that it is built to support the growth of the channel, not just to manage it today.

Channel and API

  • Take on ownership of the product roadmap for Exclaimer's Channel capabilities once the initial programmes are delivered.
  • Work with Engineering to evolve our REST API and platform integrations to support growth through Distribution, Reseller, and MSP partners.
  • Understand the partner ecosystem in depth, including the commercial models, technical requirements, and support needs of each channel segment.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the partner experience and increase the scale and reliability of channel-driven revenue.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Stakeholder and Partner Engagement

  • Work directly with channel partners, acting as a credible and informed voice of the product.
  • Build strong relationships across Engineering, Commercial, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance, aligning teams around shared goals without bureaucracy.
  • Communicate roadmap, progress, and decisions clearly at every level of the business, including executive and board audiences.

Discovery and Delivery

  • Lead structured discovery to understand partner and customer needs, validate hypotheses, and frame problems clearly before committing engineering effort.
  • Collaborate with UX and Engineering to shape solutions that are technically sound and commercially viable.
  • Maintain a well-prioritised backlog, articulating trade-offs openly and keeping the team focused on the work that matters most.
  • Define and track product KPIs, including adoption, retention, and revenue impact, and share findings transparently across the business.

About You

Skills

  • Proven track record as a Senior Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally with experience across both platform and commercially-facing product areas.
  • Hands-on experience with Stripe across payments, billing, and invoicing. This is a requirement, not a nice-to-have. You need to understand how Stripe works and be able to engage credibly with Engineering on the integration.
  • Demonstrable experience working in or around channel ecosystems, with an understanding of how Distribution, Reseller, or MSP models operate.
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional technical programmes where you have had to coordinate multiple teams and manage stakeholder expectations under pressure.
  • A track record of working directly with customers or partners in a product capacity, not just via proxies.

Technical

  • Comfortable with Jira and Confluence as core tools for delivery and documentation.
  • Proficient with Figma for working collaboratively with design.
  • Solid working knowledge of REST APIs and tools such as Postman. You do not need to write code, but you need to understand what you are asking Engineering to build.
  • Good working knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure and the Microsoft Commercial Marketplace.
  • Salesforce experience is essential given the PRM work. MuleSoft knowledge would be a further asset.

Capabilities

  • Exceptional stakeholder management. You can influence and align people at all levels, from individual engineers to the board, without relying on authority.
  • Strong commercial acumen. You understand SaaS growth levers including ARR, NRR, churn, LTV, and activation, and you connect product decisions to business outcomes.
  • Clear, direct communicator. You can explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and translate commercial requirements into clear engineering briefs.
  • Confident presenter. You are at ease in a Friday team review and equally comfortable in a board-level conversation. You bring the same clarity and credibility to both.
  • Evidence-driven. You use data, customer insight, and structured research to inform decisions, and you know how to design a measurement framework from scratch.
  • Resilient and adaptable. Exclaimer is a fast-moving environment. You thrive when priorities shift and you keep teams focused when they do.
  • Proficient with AI tools, particularly Claude. We are strong advocates of Anthropic at Exclaimer and we expect our product team to use AI actively, whether that is drafting and refining requirements, building PoCs and prototypes, or accelerating discovery. If you are not already working this way, this role is probably not the right fit.
