Senior Product Manager
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager based in United Kingdom.
This is a high-impact product leadership opportunity focused on owning and scaling a core product area within a fast-growing technology environment. You will shape product strategy and roadmap while improving experiences for both applicants and business users. The role combines customer discovery, product design, data-driven decision-making, and technical collaboration. You will work closely with Engineering, Data Science, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and external partners to deliver measurable business outcomes. Success requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a focus on reducing friction, increasing automation, and improving trust throughout the customer journey. This is an opportunity for an experienced product leader to solve complex problems and influence a product with significant market impact.
Accountabilities
- Own the product strategy, vision, roadmap, and prioritization for a core product area, spanning customer experiences, backend capabilities, and go-to-market considerations.
- Improve applicant- and business-facing workflows by reducing friction, simplifying experiences, and using automation to minimize unnecessary manual processes.
- Translate customer needs, business priorities, data, and market insights into clear product opportunities, requirements, and actionable solutions.
- Partner closely with Engineering and Data Science teams to define solutions, evaluate technical trade-offs, address edge cases, and deliver high-quality product experiences.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, property management stakeholders, and external partners to ensure strong cross-functional alignment and successful product adoption.
- Establish and monitor meaningful product metrics, taking ownership of outcomes and using data to guide prioritization, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
- Operate with a strong commercial and P&L mindset, connecting product decisions to customer value, growth, efficiency, and broader business objectives.
- Lead product development from discovery and strategy through execution, launch, measurement, and iteration.
- Use AI-powered tools and modern product development workflows to accelerate research, specification writing, prototyping, experimentation, and delivery.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
