The Role
As a Product Manager, you will define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. You will leverage market insights, customer feedback, and data-driven decision-making to prioritize initiatives and deliver impactful outcomes. Working closely with engineering, data science, design, and business stakeholders, you will drive product development from concept through launch while continuously optimizing performance and customer value.
Key responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for customer data and personalisation products.
- Partner with business stakeholders, engineering teams, data scientists, and designers to deliver innovative data-driven solutions.
- Gather and analyse customer insights, market trends, and business requirements to identify product opportunities.
- Prioritise product features and enhancements based on customer value, business impact, and strategic objectives.
- Lead agile product development activities, ensuring timely and successful delivery of product releases.
- Monitor product performance using key metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear product objectives and actionable workstreams.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and alignment across multiple business and technology teams.
- Champion customer-centric thinking and data-driven decision-making throughout the product lifecycle.
- Support the growth of the product management community through collaboration, coaching, and best practice sharing.

Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager delivering data, digital, or customer-focused products.
- Strong understanding of product strategy, product lifecycle management, and agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience working with customer data platforms, analytics solutions, or data-driven products.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including engagement with senior business stakeholders.
- Knowledge of AI/ML capabilities, customer data ecosystems, and modern data platforms.
- Ability to interpret data and customer insights to drive product decisions and business outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience delivering products in complex, fast-paced environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage ambiguity and prioritize effectively.
- Passion for innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with data platforms such as Snowflake, Azure Data Lake, or similar cloud-based technologies.
- Understanding of model monitoring, observability, and performance tracking practices.
- Exposure to AI/ML-enabled products and data monetization initiatives.
