Key Responsibilities
You’ll drive value at the intersection of user needs, business demands, and technology, including:
- Balancing metrics, success demonstration, and data-backed decision-making.
- Collaborating hands-on with research, design, analysis, and technical teams to create cutting-edge products.
- Overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from discovery through launch, adapting strategies as needed.
- Defining, communicating, and refining compelling product visions. -Championing the product roadmap, ensuring client alignment, maximizing adoption, and sunsetting obsolete solutions.
- Supporting complex choices through prioritization, analysis, and clear communication.
- Engaging with technical disciplines and business requirements, fostering curiosity and a growth mindset.
- Coaching others within product management (PM) practices, not limited to PM teams.
- Participating in our community of practice to evolve product management excellence.

Required Skills and Expertise
Technical & Strategic
- Proven experience navigating the entire product lifecycle.
- Ability to craft strategies that harmonize user satisfaction, business growth, and long-term impact.
- Strong track record of delivering measurable value for organisations and end-users.
- Data literacy and decision-making informed by insights and empirical evidence.
- Problem-solving beyond superficialities by identifying root causes.
Collaborative & Technical Adaptability
- Experience working in agile, multi-disciplinary teams—leveraging diverse expertise to make informed choices.
- Advocacy for agile methodologies, user-centred design, and customer value.
- Basic agile coaching or mentoring skills, particularly for non-experts or junior PMs.
Communication & Leadership
- Strong consulting and communication skills, especially with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to simplify complex ideas and convert strategies into actionable plans.
- Active mindset fostering growth for others, including non-technical leaders.
- Capacity to shift seamlessly between strategic vision and granular execution.
