We’re partnering with a major UK consumer business that’s investing heavily in its digital products and transforming how millions of customers interact with its services.
They’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of three closely connected areas: their customer app, customer contact experience and an evolving premium B2B proposition.
This is a proper senior product role. You’ll inherit a growing team, shape the longer-term vision and bring clarity to several major programmes competing for attention, investment and technology capacity.
What you’ll be doing:
- Defining the product vision and roadmap across the customer app, contact channels and premium services
- Creating a more connected, intuitive and self-serve customer experience
- Leading discovery to understand customer problems, validate opportunities and influence investment decisions
- Helping shape the balance between digital self-service and human support
- Supporting a significant cloud-based customer contact and CRM transformation
- Owning product OKRs and ensuring roadmaps are tied to measurable customer and commercial outcomes
- Working closely with Technology, UX, Architecture, Operations and Commercial teams
- Coaching and developing Product Managers while building a high-performing product culture
- Managing competing priorities and making clear, evidence-led decisions when capacity is limited
- Taking complex product challenges and turning them into a clear direction people can get behind

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
