About the Team
Rapid7's Exposure Management team builds solutions that help organizations proactively identify, prioritize, and remediate impactful security risks across hybrid environments. We collaborate across engineering, design, threat intelligence, and customer-facing teams to deliver seamless, scalable product experiences that balance automation, context, and trust.
About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager, your primary responsibility will be to lead the vision, execution, and continuous delivery of key product capabilities within the Exposure Management portfolio. Specifically, your focus will be to:
- Own end-to-end product delivery by translating complex requirements into prioritized specs and guiding features from discovery to launch, iteration, and sunset.
- Drive company-aligned product vision and roadmaps through principled trade-offs that maximize long-term value and measurable business metrics.
- Engage directly with customers to uncover unmet needs and synthesize multi-channel feedback into actionable strategy and outcome-oriented user experiences.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Engineering, UX, GTM, Customer Success, and Threat Research while proactively addressing stakeholder concerns.
- Secure senior-leader buy-in and evangelize the product vision internally and externally.
- Mentor and elevate product team members to strengthen execution quality, strategic thinking, and collaborative roadmap planning.

The skills and qualities you'll bring include
- Bring 3-5+ years of dedicated experience in vulnerability management, risk-based prioritization, or attack surface management platforms within B2B SaaS.
- Translate complex technical and security concepts into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with executives, practitioners, and engineering teams alike.
- Navigate change and ambiguity with structure, breaking down complex problem spaces into actionable hypotheses, low-/high-fidelity prototypes, and clear execution steps.
- Drive data-informed decision-making by balancing qualitative customer insights with quantitative signals to prioritize high-impact outcomes.
- Excel in cross-functional collaboration, building trust across engineering, UX, GTM, and threat research teams to align around shared strategic goals.
- Demonstrate strong accountability for end-to-end product outcomes, making principled trade-offs to avoid diminishing returns and maximize value.
- Apply self-awareness to adapt to team dynamics, actively incorporating input from engineering and design partners while upholding a high standard of quality.
- Maintain a strong bias for learning, iteration, and experimentation to de-risk key product investments and accelerate customer remediation.
- Demonstrate user empathy for security practitioners under resource pressure, using those insights to design simple, intuitive product experiences.

The annual salary range for this role, depending on location, is: United States: $135,400.00 - 183,200.00 USD Annual
Salary ranges may vary based on geographical location. This range does not include variable/incentive compensation, equity and benefits (where applicable/eligible).
