Senior Product Manager – AI & Conversational Analytics

Contract: 6 months initially

Day Rate: £535 per day

IR35: Inside IR35

Location: Hybrid / UK

Sector: Retail / Data & Analytics

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead product management for an exciting AI Conversational Analytics programme within a major UK retailer.

You will shape and deliver an AI-enabled insights platform that enables business users to access, explore and act on data more easily. You will own the product roadmap, lead discovery across priority use cases and work closely with business, engineering, data, UX and platform teams to deliver intuitive self-service analytics capabilities.

This is an excellent opportunity for a product professional with strong data, analytics and AI/GenAI experience who enjoys working in complex enterprise environments and turning business problems into valuable digital products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the product roadmap, backlog and prioritisation.
  • Lead the development of AI-powered conversational analytics capabilities.
  • Lead discovery across priority business use cases and translate requirements into epics, features and user stories.
  • Work collaboratively with engineering, data, UX, platform and business stakeholders.
  • Define product priorities based on business outcomes, user needs and measurable value.
  • Drive delivery through discovery, development, UAT, rollout and value realisation.
  • Define acceptance criteria and support release readiness.
  • Design and improve intuitive self-service user journeys and AI-led insight experiences.
  • Manage dependencies, risks and changes across the delivery programme.
  • Monitor user feedback, adoption and business value and use these insights to continuously improve the product.
  • Maintain a prioritised backlog and contribute to quarterly planning and governance.
  • Communicate progress, decisions and risks clearly to senior stakeholders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
