Key Responsibilities

Product

  • Conduct market research to understand the market and users and convey their findings to internal product and technical functions to drive end-to-end product delivery, leading on business requirements definition and ensuing delivery of key strategic projects to support the region.
  • Identify product and user experience optimization opportunities and define product requirements based on user feedback, data analysis, and business growth objectives.
  • Assist in market expansion and launching new services (coordinating with marketing, development, and regulators).

Strategy

  • Analyze market trends, competitor data, and user needs to spot growth gaps.
  • Acting as the eyes and ears of the company in the market, feeding information from the market back into the regional and company product roadmap.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies to drive core metric improvements.
  • Track and analyze competitive positioning and product performance across the region.
  • Define product propositions and go-to-market strategies.

  • Handle day-to-day operations including content governance, user experience monitoring, and cross-functional coordination.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product / operations or a related role; crypto/Web3 industry experience required (trading product experience is a strong plus).
  • Strong data analysis skills with hands-on experience using analytics tools (SQL is a plus).
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English as a working language.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills; able to drive projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders internally and externally, including the leadership team and regulators.
  • Proven ability to independently plan and execute growth initiatives.
  • Proven ability to deliver in a matrix organization.
