Senior Product Manager

About Us

Our mission is to help households save money. Through MoneySuperMarket, MoneySavingExpert, Quidco and B2B partnerships we supply products to more than 24 million unique monthly visitors, helping UK households to save billions of pounds a year.

Quidco helps customers get more from their everyday spending through cashback, rewards and smarter ways to shop. We are focused on creating clear, useful and trusted digital experiences that help customers find the best way to earn cashback and save money.

We are also exploring how emerging technologies, including AI, can help us create more useful, personalised and effective experiences for customers. We want to move quickly from ideas to tested customer value.

In this role, you will own the Quidco web experience and lead delivery of the next phase of our product vision. The strategic direction and key priorities for the year are established. You will turn those priorities into well-shaped, well-managed delivery: working through the detail, building alignment and ensuring valuable work reaches customers.

You will work closely with the App Product Manager to create joined-up experiences across web and app. While your direct ownership is the web team, you will influence the wider Quidco proposition and make sure web and app work together to deliver the customer experience we want to create.

You will be Quidco's dedicated web Product Manager, supported by the Head of Product. This is a role for someone who is comfortable working independently, can quickly build knowledge in a new domain and enjoys making complex work happen.

Our Product Principles

  • Think BIG, test SMALL
  • Test FAST and LEARN quick
  • INSIGHT driven decision making
  • First principle problem solving
  • Problems, not solutions (from collaborators / to developers)
  • A truly collaborative, honest, and transparent process

What You Will Be Doing in the Role

  • Owning the product roadmap and delivery for Quidco's web experience, aligned to agreed customer and commercial outcomes.
  • Turning strategic priorities into clear product plans, requirements, sequencing, delivery milestones and measurable outcomes.
  • Partnering with the App Product Manager to create cohesive web and app experiences, while making informed decisions about platform-specific needs and opportunities.
  • Working with web engineering, design, data, CRM, commercial and operational teams to take opportunities from shaping through delivery, release and iteration.
  • Managing prioritisation, backlogs, dependencies, risks and trade-offs to maintain momentum and focus on the most valuable work.
  • Using product analytics, customer insight and commercial performance to understand behaviour, identify friction and measure the impact of improvements.
  • Defining clear hypotheses and supporting experiments across acquisition, conversion, engagement and retention journeys, including A/B testing where appropriate.
  • Using AI tools, independently and with engineering and design colleagues, to prototype new features, test customer propositions quickly and speed up learning.
  • Identifying practical opportunities to incorporate AI into the Quidco product, helping customers discover, compare and act on the best ways to save and earn cashback.
  • Building productive relationships with a broad range of stakeholders, including where priorities conflict or conversations are difficult.
  • Communicating progress, risks, decisions and trade-offs clearly to the Head of Product and senior stakeholders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
