Senior Manager – Product Management | AI & Emerging Technology
DVF Recruitment are currently working on an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager – Product Management to join a global organisation and play a key role in building and scaling its AI product capability. Hybrid working in London Office.
This is a newly created opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of AI, product, technology and business, with genuine scope to shape products from the ground up.
The opportunity:
- Lead the strategy, roadmap and lifecycle of AI-powered products and solutions
- Take products from ideation and discovery through to development, launch and iteration
- Work closely with senior business stakeholders to understand challenges, identify opportunities and translate them into practical AI solutions
- Partner with US-based Engineering, Data, IT and other technology teams to oversee delivery
- Define product priorities, KPIs, success measures and customer outcomes
- Identify opportunities to embed AI across existing applications, products and workflows
- Influence senior stakeholders and drive product decisions across a complex, matrixed environment
- Ensure AI solutions solve real-world business problems and deliver measurable value
- Help establish responsible and effective approaches to AI adoption

What we're looking for:

- 7+ years' experience in Product Management / Product Development leadership
- Strong experience taking products from discovery through to execution
- A strong understanding of AI/ML and emerging technology – you don't need to be an engineer, but you should be technically credible enough to work effectively with Engineering teams
- Ideally coming from a start-up type business / team
- Experience with product strategy, roadmaps, prioritisation, user research and iterative delivery
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and solving complex business problems
- A curious, entrepreneurial and solutions-led mindset, with a willingness to challenge the status quo
- Experience working in fast-paced, complex or matrixed organisations
- Agile/product delivery experience
