Senior Product Manager - Healthtech AI Data Analytics SaaS

This is a hands-on Product Manager position. You will be responsible for translating strategic product direction from the CPO and CTO, working for an exciting AI Data Platform built for Healthcare.

You will act as the primary bridge between product strategy and product execution, ensuring that the roadmap is delivered efficiently and effectively.

Role

  • Strong understanding of AI to support an AI-first offering.
  • Working knowledge of AI beyond simple chat– ideally has incorporated AI into SaaS solutions
  • Data and analytics product experience
  • Experience designing trustworthy workflows with guardrails, and human review
  • Ability to define product analytics, instrumentation, and success metrics from the start

Experience

  • 5 years+ of Product Management experience.
  • Experience delivering software products within agile development environments for a high growth software company
  • Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and modern product development practices.
  • Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs.
  • Proven ability to work closely with engineering teams.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Productboard, Azure DevOps, or similar.
