Senior Product Manager (Agentic) - Platform
£70,000–£90,000 + benefits | Manchester | Hybrid – Tuesday & Thursday
La Fosse are delighted to be working with a growing technology business at the intersection of AI, data, and MarTech, looking for a Senior Product Manager to join its Platform team.
This is a hands-on role with ownership across the full product lifecycle, from customer discovery and validation through to launch and commercial outcomes.
The Role
You’ll focus on how customer data connects across the wider MarTech ecosystem, using APIs and integrations to help customers turn data into action and ultimately drive revenue.
You’ll:
- Own the product lifecycle from discovery through to launch.
- Work directly with customers to understand and validate problems.
- Shape the roadmap across APIs, integrations, data, and third-party platforms.
- Understand data flows across CRM, Google Ads, Meta, and wider MarTech platforms.
- Use AI tools and agents to research, prototype, and develop products.
- Work closely with Engineering, Commercial, and Customer Success.
- Drive adoption, customer value, and ARR growth.
- Help shape the company's approach to agentic Product development.

What We're Looking For
- 6+ years' Product Management experience in SaaS or technology.
- Strong end-to-end product ownership and customer discovery experience.
- Experience across MarTech, CRM, advertising, analytics, or similar platforms.
- Good understanding of APIs, integrations, and data flows.
- Commercially minded with a focus on measurable outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools/agents, such as Claude, Claude Code, or similar.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with technical and senior stakeholders.

Package
- £70,000–£90,000
- Manchester | Tuesday & Thursday in office
- 4.5-day week with half-day Fridays
