About Zymix

Zymix is the definitive lifestyle ecosystem for the digital generation—bridging the gap between social connection and real-world experience. Transcending the "Super App" model, Zymix fuses hyper-social interaction with a seamless service layer, empowering global youth to integrate a wide range of services beyond social networking, discover AI-curated experiences, and unlock essential services in one fluid motion. About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who combines an uncompromising commitment to product quality with a hands-on approach. You should understand AI products, turn ideas into usable products that continuously improve, and be skilled at using AI tools such as ChatGPT and other AI products to create product prototypes and validate ideas quickly.

Roles and responsibilities...

  • Own the full AI product lifecycle, from user research, requirements definition, and solution design to launch and ongoing iteration, taking responsibility for the user experience and delivery outcomes.
  • Develop a deep understanding of user needs, identify problems AI can meaningfully solve, and define product positioning, core value, and priorities.
  • Produce clear, actionable product specifications covering workflows, interaction logic, edge cases, and acceptance criteria, working closely with design and engineering to deliver them.
  • Take an active role in product acceptance testing, maintaining high standards for functionality, interaction details, product copy, and AI output quality. Ensure issues are resolved and fixes are verified.
  • Continuously improve the product through user feedback, usage data, and AI performance evaluation, with a focus on practical value.
  • Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and other AI products to build product prototypes and functional demos, validate key assumptions quickly, and improve communication and delivery efficiency.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About you

  • Prior experience with AI products is essential. You must have led or played a key ownership role in bringing at least one product to launch and be able to explain your responsibilities, key decisions, and results.
  • Understand the capabilities and limitations of AI products, including output uncertainty, failure handling, user trust, and consistency of experience.
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of product ownership and a perfectionist mindset, with zero tolerance for known quality issues being ignored, recurring without resolution, or marked as resolved without verification.
  • Translate high quality standards into clear acceptance criteria, while prioritizing fixes and planning iterations effectively to deliver on schedule.
  • Have a P-type (Perceiving) working preference: open-minded, curious, adaptable, comfortable exploring uncertainty, and willing to change direction based on evidence. This must be paired with dependable execution, time management, and delivery.
  • Be highly proficient in using AI tools such as ChatGPT and other AI products to create product prototypes. You should be able to demonstrate a prototype or functional demo built with these tools and explain how you refined and validated it.
  • Be willing to keep learning AI development, proactively understand how products are implemented, and engage in substantive discussions with engineers beyond handing over requirements.
