Senior Product Manager - Advanced AI Solutions
Location: Central Bristol (Hybrid)
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Peaple Talent are partnered with an industry-leading, well-backed tech innovator to recruit a strategic Senior Product Manager based in central Bristol.
Focusing on empowering businesses through innovative technology, our client develops intelligent, automated solutions that streamline customer workflows and optimise operational efficiency. In this senior role, you will take ownership of product strategy across multiple products and teams, driving commercially-optimised features from discovery through to execution.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Product Manager.
- Proven track record of running multiple products across two or more teams with primary responsibility for roadmap definition and delivery over 12 months.
- Commercially aware product management background with the ability to deliver commercially-optimised product change by understanding the business case.
- Extensive experience and knowledge of agile software development.
- Degree or equivalent in a business or IT related discipline or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities:
- Strategic Roadmap Ownership: Drive product strategy, roadmap definition, and execution across multiple products and cross-functional teams over 12-month delivery cycles.
- Commercial & Data-Driven Prioritisation: Evaluate product value in ambiguous environments, leveraging data, performance metrics, and business cases to make commercially sound decisions.
- Advanced Requirement Gathering: Engage directly with customers and senior stakeholders to capture complex requirements, converting them into epics, features, user stories, personas, and acceptance criteria.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Operate within a scaled agile environment, collaborating in a core trio alongside engineering and delivery leads to solve complex issues and drive delivery.
- Stakeholder Alignment & Documentation: Manage relationships with senior stakeholders, lead functional workstreams, and oversee the creation of release notes, reporting, and enablement assets.
- Practice Evolution & Mentorship: Champion product management best practices across the department, lead discipline-specific recruitment, and mentor team members.
