The Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you own the end-to-end product lifecycle for platform domains such as Data Platform, Platform Services, or Control Plane. You translate strategy into clear roadmaps, define measurable outcomes, and drive product success through cross-functional collaboration.

You work closely with Engineering, Delivery, and commercial teams to deliver impactful platform capabilities that support our SaaS transformation.

What you'll do

  • Own the product roadmap for your domain and align it with company strategy
  • Translate product vision into actionable plans with measurable business outcomes
  • Define, track, and optimize product KPIs and success metrics
  • Conduct customer discovery to uncover real user needs and pain points
  • Use AI tools to analyze insights and validate concepts quickly
  • Build prototypes and validate solutions before development commitment
  • Prioritize features using data-driven frameworks and business impact
  • Continuously refine the roadmap based on value and market changes
  • Enable Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams with clear product positioning
  • Design telemetry and track feature performance post-launch
  • Run early access programs and validate ideas with real users
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Delivery, and Sales
  • Contribute to AI-driven product capabilities and manage associated risks

What you bring to the table

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software product management
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end product lifecycle
  • Proven ability to define product strategy and translate it into execution
  • Experience with product KPIs, analytics, and data-driven decision making
  • Hands-on experience with customer discovery and competitive analysis
  • Ability to write high-level requirements and product briefs
  • Experience with rapid prototyping and AI-powered tooling
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Solid understanding of agile product development
  • English proficiency at upper intermediate level (B2) or higher
