Amazon Freight is growing at triple digit rates as we scale this new B2B offering across Europe and we are hiring a Sr Product Manager to lead our Product Marketing. Come join the team and help us make history!

We are looking for a Sr Product Manager who will own the Marketing Technology (MarTech) stack, across Website, Email outbound, and other Owned & Operated channels. The role supervises 3 team members, managing:

  • Email and website updates
  • Content and Outbound communications
  • Seller Engagement and Communications

This candidate will move between strategy and execution as we iterate and innovate how we recruit our customers and engage with them. The individual will influence and drive functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Responsibilities include lifecycle marketing program creation, website content (CMS) optimization and features, as well as content roadmap. The individual will adapt the core components of the EU marketing program based on specific marketplace dynamics.

Key job responsibilities

  • Manage overall marketing technology eco-system (platforms, systems, tools, chatbot) as systems expert and technical owner liaising with the Tech team and 3rd party providers.
  • Supervise 3 team members (yellow badge, L5, and Sponsored HC) define their goals, covering email outbound communications, Brand Content, website updates, and marketing automation.
  • Supervise software developer and content managers to develop and manage website upgrades/enhancements.
  • Create a roadmap of lifecycle marketing programs to accelerate customer funnel and self-serve across all stages. From Lead qualification, customer onboarding and reactivation.
  • Manage lead capturing, ABM and lead conversion tools: Pardot, Salesforce, 6sense.
  • Create, manage and influence MarTech product roadmap and strategy.
  • Develop tools and capabilities to enable full funnel marketing attribution.
  • Manage marketing and candidate quality dashboards and spearhead lead generation machine learning tool.
  • Measure the effectiveness of user journey and website features utilising A/B testing and web analytics.
  • Collaborate with sales operations on enhancing and troubleshooting issues with the lead management process and integrations with marketing automation platforms.
  • Ensure marketing automation best practices and capture feedback for platform and process enhancements; document and lead training for marketing automation processes, multi-stage automated program development, lead scoring architecture and management, and trigger-based programs.

About the team

Amazon Freight offers trucking service allowing external businesses use Amazon's private transportation network. Its vision lies on being the most trusted freight partner by sustainably sharing Amazon's technology and network.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience with end to end product delivery.
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
  • Experience as a product manager or owner.
  • Experience owning technology products.
  • Experience with product cycles of 6+ months.
  • Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology.
