Senior Product Manager, Analytics Features

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Analytics Features based in the United Kingdom.

This is a senior product leadership opportunity focused on building analytics products that help app businesses make better monetization decisions.

You will own the strategy, vision, and roadmap for a suite of analytics capabilities, including dashboards, charts, benchmarking, and predictive LTV.

The role combines product strategy with deep analytical and technical problem-solving in a highly data-driven environment.

You will work closely with engineering, data science, design, leadership, and go-to-market teams to turn complex data into actionable customer insights.

You will also investigate data issues, develop meaningful metrics and benchmarks, and identify opportunities to improve customer outcomes.

The position offers significant autonomy, with responsibility for making product decisions, experimenting rapidly, and delivering measurable business impact.

You will join a fully remote, international environment where ownership, customer focus, systems thinking, and a strong bias toward shipping are highly valued.

Accountabilities

  • Own the product strategy, vision, roadmap, and prioritization for the analytics product portfolio, ensuring initiatives are cohesive, scalable, and aligned with broader product objectives.
  • Lead the development and evolution of analytics capabilities, including charts, dashboards, benchmarking, metrics, and predictive lifetime value features.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs, investigate complex analytics and data problems, distinguish meaningful signals from noise, and translate insights into impactful product opportunities.
  • Develop, recommend, and maintain benchmarks and metrics that help app developers understand performance, identify opportunities, and improve monetization.
  • Act as a key point of expertise when data or metrics appear incorrect, investigating underlying causes and edge cases rather than relying solely on engineering teams.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, design, leadership, and go-to-market teams to evaluate feasibility, define solutions, and bring robust analytics and experimentation capabilities to market.
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, breaking complex initiatives into meaningful deliverables and realistic timelines.
  • Drive product discovery, experimentation, and delivery while balancing quality, customer value, technical complexity, and speed of execution.
  • Independently make product decisions within your area, contribute to broader product strategy, and identify new opportunities to create customer and business value.
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and help teams develop deeper customer empathy and understanding of industry trends.
  • Continuously evaluate product performance and be willing to discontinue or rethink initiatives when evidence shows they are not delivering the expected value.
  • During the first year, establish ownership of your product area, deliver meaningful customer impact, develop a longer-term product vision, and contribute to the evolution of the overall product strategy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Strong technical understanding, including the ability to work effectively with APIs, data models, system architecture, and complex technical constraints. Coding is not a core requirement, but the ability to prototype using code and modern AI-assisted tools is expected.
  • Experience working closely with highly technical engineering and data teams and the ability to understand and communicate complex technical trade-offs.

  • Strong attention to product and user experience details, including a passion for high-quality data visualization and the ability to connect visual presentation with meaningful insights.
  • Pragmatic approach to product development, balancing a high standard of quality with a strong bias toward shipping, experimentation, and iteration.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, international environment and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple time zones.
