Senior Product Manager (Self-Serve | Growth & Monetisation)

About the Company

Solis Recruitment is partnering with a high-growth global AdTech business helping advertisers improve marketing performance through advanced analytics and automation. With customers across multiple international markets, the business is investing heavily in product innovation, commercial growth, and customer experience.

This is a rare opportunity to join a business where Product is directly connected to commercial performance.

This role is fully remote across the UK and Europe, working as part of a global team. You'll have real ownership and commercial influence, with the freedom to work independently and drive your own outcomes. It suits someone who wants responsibility and is comfortable working without close oversight.

This role does not provide sponsorship - you must have full working rights and be based in the UK or Europe.

About the Role

As the Senior Product Manager you'll take ownership of the self-serve growth engine in its entirety.

From how customers land and get started, through to converting them off a trial, growing their subscription, and keeping them around for the long run.

It's a role built for someone who enjoys working on growth initiatives, running tests; from seeing what brings new customers coming through the door, keeping existing ones sticking around and spending more, or exploring white-label or affiliate partnerships.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
