As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital offerings in Nottingham, Beeston.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will lead our Browse and Discover product team, working closely with cross-functional teams to balance customer needs, commercial outcomes, and technical capabilities. You will champion a product-led approach, ensuring decisions are informed by customer insights and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve a clear product vision aligned with Boots' strategic objectives.
  • Lead product discovery activities to validate opportunities and test assumptions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs to drive engagement and improve experiences.
  • Build strong relationships across the organisation to influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Champion AI adoption and emerging technologies to enhance customer value.

What You’ll Need To Have (our Must-haves)

  • Proven experience in product management, preferably in a digital environment.
  • Line Management experience - develop, coach and mentor a team of 6+
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
  • Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with AI and emerging technologies is a plus.

It would be great if you also have

  • Experience in agile methodologies.
  • A background in retail or e-commerce.
  • Knowledge of UX principles and customer research techniques.
