The Role

As Senior Product Manager – Deals & Tiering, you will own the strategy, evolution, and delivery of Collinson's commercial deals and tiering capabilities. You will define how commercial deals are structured, configured, and managed, ensuring they are scalable, flexible, and capable of supporting both today's client requirements and future product innovation.

This role sits at the heart of our commercial platform, balancing long-term strategic thinking with day-to-day product leadership. You will work closely with Commercial, Client Management, Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Product teams to evolve the platform while ensuring successful delivery of new capabilities.

You will own the product vision for deal configuration, customer tiering, entitlement structures, and benefit management, enabling clients to create differentiated customer experiences while simplifying operational complexity. Success requires strong commercial awareness, exceptional stakeholder management, structured problem-solving, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable product capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
