Job Title: Senior Product Manager, Document Verification

Location: London or Paris (Hybrid, 3 days onsite)
Job type: Permanent, full-time

Position Overview:

The Senior Product Manager, Document Verification will own a critical part of our document verification platform, helping customers establish trust in identity documents during onboarding and account opening journeys. You will be responsible for defining strategy, prioritising investments, and delivering measurable outcomes across document verification capabilities, working closely with Engineering, AI/ML, Product Design, Operations, and Growth teams.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to help shape the future of digital identity, as identity ecosystems evolve through digital wallets, eIDs, NFC-enabled credentials and increasingly sophisticated AI technologies. This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging problems at the forefront of identity, security and user experience.

Reporting to the Director of Product Management for Account Opening, you will be responsible for a key area of the Document Verification portfolio and will drive both near-term execution and long-term product strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute the roadmap for a core area of the Document Verification portfolio.
  • Analyse customer journeys and product performance to identify opportunities to improve verification outcomes.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science and Design to deliver innovative document verification capabilities.
  • Drive improvements in verification accuracy, customer conversion, operational efficiency and fraud prevention.
  • Work closely with Growth, Customer Success and Sales teams to understand market needs and customer priorities.
  • Understand evolving regulatory, compliance and industry requirements affecting document verification.
  • Use experimentation, analytics and customer feedback to validate hypotheses and measure success.
  • Prioritise investments across competing customer, business and technical needs.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • Numerically strong re product analytics and root cause diagnoses
  • Strong communicator of first principles to internal stakeholders and external customers
  • Ability to partner well with Growth team (Customer Success, Sales), Legal, Compliance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the following:
    • KYC and/or identity and/or financial services
    • ML frameworks, methodologies, and AI-informed decision-making
    • Financial crime, fraud detection, ID&V
    • B2B2C Sales environments
