Your role: Senior Product Manager - Enterprise AI

As Senior Product Manager for Enterprise AI, you will drive the vision and execution for Elanco’s internal AI ecosystem, agentic platforms, and modern AI stack - including ElancoGPT - to boost productivity and decision-making across the global workforce. Bridging complex AI capabilities with tangible business value, you will partner with IT and Data leadership to define a prioritized roadmap, maintain robust governance, and scale our Enterprise AI capabilities.

Initially focused on Enterprise AI, this dynamic role offers the unique opportunity to broaden your impact by transitioning into other product spaces as new priorities and business objectives evolve.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Process & Continuous Improvement: Guide teams through lean process facilitation and data-driven improvements while applying strategic insights to drive continuous problem-solving and operational excellence.
  • Talent Development & Mentorship: Mentor product managers to foster strategic growth, collaborative environments, and a deep, ongoing exploration of product expertise.
  • Project Leadership & Strategic Agility: Drive complex projects with strategic agility, effectively navigating ambiguity, resolving challenges, and managing crisis situations to resolution.
  • Customer & Product Strategy: Lead probing customer engagements to ensure design alignment, while utilizing product knowledge expansively to nurture the vision, roadmap execution, and thought-leadership across Elanco.
  • Stakeholder & Consensus Building: Expand strategic stakeholder relationships and pioneer engagement approaches through clear, persuasive communication that builds trust and consensus across all organizational levels.
  • Business Alignment & Governance: Contribute substantially to functional and business goals by leading budgets, prioritizing strategic direction, and championing initiatives that act as catalysts for positive, cross-functional change.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, data science, business).
  • Required Experience: 10+ years technology experience showcasing strong learning agility at enterprise level.
