Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager Vascular EU, you will lead the strategic and tactical marketing activities for the Liver Stent Graft portfolio, driving launch excellence and accelerating the adoption of BD's innovative solutions across Europe. As an individual contributor, you will partner closely with country marketing and sales teams to develop and execute launch strategies, activate priority accounts, build clinical advocacy, engage key opinion leaders, and deliver high-impact programs that drive awareness, adoption, and sustainable growth.

You will play a key role in translating launch momentum into long-term commercial success through disciplined opportunity management, market development initiatives, professional education, and customer engagement, helping establish BD as a leader across the region.

Main Responsibilities Will Include

  • Drive growth and performance: Own revenue and unit targets for Liverty across Europe through focused, data-driven strategies and consistent execution.
  • Shape the market: Develop and implement country-specific strategies that position BD as the partner of choice for physicians and healthcare systems.
  • Foster collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Market Development, and Regulatory teams to ensure aligned and impactful initiatives.
  • Engage with KOLs and HCPs: Strengthen relationships with existing key opinion leaders and identify new clinical partners in collaboration with country teams.
  • Lead engagement initiatives: Support physician engagement programs, workshops, and Centers of Excellence to keep BD at the forefront of clinical education and innovation.
  • Execute with excellence: Design and implement marketing campaigns, advisory boards, and major congress activities that deliver measurable impact.
  • Empower local success: Provide tools, content, and strategic direction to help local teams customize plans, accelerate adoption, and reach business goals.
  • Launch and manage lifecycle: Ensure launch readiness for new products and seamless coordination from regional to local execution.
  • Translate insights into action: Analyze market data, trends, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and guide portfolio strategy.
  • Continuously improve: Test new ideas, evaluate performance, and refine marketing programs to maximize impact and ROI.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
