⭐ Senior Product Manager
📍 London / Hybrid
You’ll join an established consumer platform to own a commercially important product area, shaping how people discover, engage with and get value from its services.
The initial focus is on improving key consumer journeys, working closely with marketing, engineering and design. But the ambition goes beyond conversion - it’s about building longer-term relationships with users and creating experiences that keep the platform relevant as their needs evolve.
With AI and changing search behaviour reshaping how people discover and interact with consumer products, you’ll help define what comes next rather than simply deliver an existing roadmap.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

This role will suit someone with a founder mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, able to think 0→1, and equally happy setting direction and getting into the detail. You’ll own the product area within a small, cross-functional team, with real autonomy to identify opportunities and turn them into products.
What they’re looking for:
- Founder or early-stage startup experience, with a track record of building products and solving complex problems
- A builder mentality
- Strong strategic judgement, paired with the ability to move quickly and deliver
- Consumer product experience, ideally within a marketplace or high-growth digital business
- Commercial awareness and confidence connecting product decisions to measurable business impact
- Curiosity about how AI and emerging channels could change consumer behaviour
- Subscription, membership or lifecycle experience would be valuable, but isn’t essential
