ABOUT DESCRIAL
Descrial is an AI work-execution platform purpose-built for alternative investment firms and their portfolio companies and securely orchestrates proprietary data, external sources, and workflows. Descrial is an important pillar of Enterprise Intelligence Orchestration (EIO) and enables it by structuring and standardizing data while embedding domain expertise, thereby enabling faster and contextual analysis, broader coverage, and more intelligent decision-making. It is backed by TresVista's 1,800+ employees and deep domain expertise across investment diligence, research, valuation, fund administration, accounting, and data analytics. The team is small, senior, high-ownership, and in-office, with direct access to the Executive Committee.
OVERVIEW
As a Senior Product Manager in the UK team, you will be the product lead for a dedicated capability area of W-OS — owning its strategy and roadmap as well as its delivery, from discovery through specification, build and iteration. You will work daily with the engineers and designers building it, close to the investment professionals who use it, and alongside the commercial team taking it to market. This is a senior seat with real ownership: you set the direction for your area, not just the sprint.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy and roadmap
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for your capability area: where it is going, what it will and will not do, and why
- Define and defend prioritisation with evidence; maintain a tagged, traceable backlog that engineering trusts
- Contribute your area's view to the wider W-OS roadmap alongside the Head of Product Management
Requirements and delivery
- Break complex capability areas down into actionable requirements at the right level of granularity — epics, features and user stories — and refine them continuously with design and engineering
- Run agile delivery properly: backlog refinement, sprint planning, acceptance criteria that hold, and release governance
- Work in-loop with London engineers and the Bengaluru delivery organisation through build, test, and release

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Data, integrations and AI quality
- Own product decisions across APIs, integrations and machine-delivery services — how data reaches the platform, how clients connect to it, and what a good integration experience looks like
- Define what good looks like for LLM-powered features: golden examples, evaluation criteria, and regression expectations with the engineering team
- Design for non-deterministic systems: managing hallucination risk, setting output-quality expectations, and deciding what a user must be able to verify
- Balance capability, latency, and token cost deliberately — the platform's economics are a product surface
Customer, market and go-to-market
- Stay close to customers and the market: structured discovery with investment-domain users, validation of what you are building, and a clear view of how competitors are solving the same problems
- Support go-to-market with the commercial, marketing and operations teams: positioning input, release notes and internal enablement

- Experienced in agile product management

- Working fluency with modern AI product concepts: RAG, agents, evaluation, prompt/structured-output patterns
