Shape the future of connected technology

Radiodetection, part of SPX Technologies, is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to play a key role in shaping the future of our product portfolio.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused product leader who can bring together customer insight, technical understanding, and strategic thinking to drive growth, innovation, and successful product development across global markets.

Make an impact

  • You’ll take ownership of product strategy, roadmaps, and commercial performance, identifying new opportunities through customer, market, and competitor insight.
  • Working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and finance, you’ll turn those opportunities into compelling product strategies, business cases, and successful new product launches.
  • You’ll also work with global customers and sales teams, influence senior stakeholders, and contribute to the wider direction of the business.
  • With 30–40% international travel, predominantly to the US, this is a genuinely global role.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
