About the Role
ENSEK Flex is building a world-leading energy asset optimisation platform, connecting and optimising flexible energy assets including batteries, EVs and solar systems.
As Senior Product Manager for Connections, you'll own the strategy and roadmap for how devices, tariffs and customers connect to the Flex platform. You'll work closely with Engineering, Data and Commercial teams to expand device coverage, improve connectivity reliability and support international growth.
This is a highly strategic and technical product role at the heart of Flex's success. Connectivity is the gateway to the platform, making this a critical position with direct impact on customer activation, growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own the Connections product strategy and roadmap, driving improvements in connection success, time to connect and device coverage.
- Lead discovery with OEMs, aggregators, suppliers and customers to identify and validate new connectivity opportunities.
- Drive international market readiness by assessing connectivity standards, regulations and localisation requirements.
- Partner with Engineering to develop a scalable API and integration strategy that accelerates onboarding of new devices and partners.
- Own the end-to-end onboarding and connectivity experience, ensuring reliable integrations and a seamless customer journey.
Key Outcomes:
- Growth in supported device types, OEM integrations and overall market coverage.
- Improved connection success rates and reduced time to connect across the platform.
- Higher first-time connection success and fewer failed or inactive connections.
- Scalable, reusable integration capabilities that reduce effort and accelerate delivery of new connections.
- Reliable connectivity services with lower support demand and a repeatable framework for international expansion.
Experience Required:

- Significant Product Management experience leading API, integration, platform or connectivity-focused products in energy or comparable industries.
- Experience working with connected hardware, IoT ecosystems or device integrations, with a strong understanding of technical and operational challenges.
- Proven ability to shape product strategy across multiple markets, balancing customer needs, regulatory requirements and commercial objectives.
- Strong discovery, stakeholder management and decision-making skills, with a track record of turning insight into impactful product outcomes.
- Experience partnering closely with Engineering and Data teams, using data-driven approaches to prioritisation, experimentation and product delivery.
