Senior Product Manager | Nature Data & Intelligence | Europe (Remote)
We're working with a fast-growing nature data and intelligence company on a mission to drive large-scale nature recovery. They combine scientific expertise, data and technology to help enterprises measure and act on nature-positive opportunities across agriculture, forestry and infrastructure.
With three years of funding secured, they're moving from pilot into full commercialisation. Led by a founding team with a genuine track record (including two prior successful exits and deep experience building natural capital strategy), backed by a world-class in-house science team.
They're hiring a Senior Product Manager to help drive this next phase, owning products end to end at the intersection of science, technology and biodiversity π
What you'll do
- Own the product roadmap: participate in every stage of product development, from ideation through to feature release, across multiple products that serve both external customers and the internal science team.
- Bridge science and product: collect and synthesise inputs from scientists and data teams, creating PRDs that align engineering, science, data science and commercial stakeholders.
- Build genuinely new things: this is a 0 to 1 environment. You'll be creating products that don't exist yet, not just optimising what's already there.
- Partner closely with engineering and design: ship new products and features, resolve blockers, and define, track and analyse the KPIs that measure success.

Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What we're looking for
- At least 5 years' experience in product management, ideally within B2B SaaS, with a proven ability to build 0 to 1 rather than iterate on existing features.
- A technical or STEM background (engineering, computer science, maths, or a related scientific discipline), with genuine credibility discussing data and methodology with scientists and technical teams.
- Experience across both fast-paced, high-growth environments (startups or scale-ups) and larger organisations, ideally from sectors like health tech or complex data platforms where product and science collaborate closely.
- A self-starter mindset: strong analytical skills, honest and direct communication, and a real appetite for learning and growth.
