Min fees. Max ease. Full speed.

Whether people and businesses are sending money to another country, spending abroad, or making and receiving international payments, Wise is on a mission to make their lives easier and save them money.

As part of our team, you will be helping us create an entirely new network for the world's money.

More about our mission and what we offer.

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the vision and roadmap for AI-powered fraud investigations and automation. Your scope will span automating investigation workflows, information collection, and decisioning, as well as building reusable automation capabilities that can scale across FinCrime.

You will work with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Operations, Risk, and Compliance to combine AI with human expertise and build automated fraud investigation processes that are accurate, scalable, and compliant. You will decide how deterministic logic, machine learning, GenAI, agentic workflows, operational change, and human judgement should work together to take our anti-fraud programme to the next level.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the Fraud Automation strategy and roadmap - Define how Wise will automate fraud investigations, identify and prioritise the highest-impact opportunities, and take end-to-end accountability from discovery through production rollout, measurable impact, and continuous improvement.
  • Solve problems without a playbook - Explore new ways to automate complex fraud investigations, experiment with emerging technology, and turn unproven ideas into safe, scalable, production-ready solutions.
  • Combine strategic ownership with hands-on execution - Set the product direction while rolling up your sleeves to work directly with investigators, fraud cases, data, processes, and technology. Wear different hats when needed to help the team learn faster and ship high-quality solutions today rather than tomorrow.
  • Build safe and compliant automation - Establish rigorous evaluation, backtesting, QA, monitoring, governance, auditability, human oversight, and feedback loops so AI-powered fraud investigations can scale while maintaining a high bar for customer safety, decision quality, and regulatory compliance.
  • Build scalable, reusable automation foundations - Partner across Wise to turn successful fraud use cases into shared capabilities that simplify end-to-end workflows and support broader Fraud and FinCrime needs.
  • Drive measurable impact – Ensure that our investments in automation space lead to scalability of our prevention program, higher customer confidence, and friction that only exists where truly necessary.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
