Senior Product Manager, Freelance, Remote UK
We're looking for a freelance Senior Product Manager to own the roadmap for a unified digital platform supporting asset lifecycle management across commercial, operations, and delivery teams for a renewable energy company operating at scale internationally.
This is a fast-moving, high-ownership role. You'll translate input from multiple business functions into clearly scoped work, make documented decisions on trade-offs without waiting for consensus, and define what "done" means before work starts, not after.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What you'll do:
- Turn business needs from operations, growth, and commercial teams into clear, scoped work items
- Make fast, documented decisions on scope, edge cases, and trade-offs
- Define acceptance criteria upfront
- Review shipped features against original intent and feed learnings into the next cycle
What you'll need:
- Strong track record as a Product Manager/Owner working at speed, decisions in hours, not sprint cycles
- Sharp instinct for scope: essential vs. nice-to-have vs. distraction
- Fluency with AI tools, using LLMs to synthesise domain knowledge, process large document sets (contracts, technical specs, regulatory frameworks), and turn rough ideas into structured requirements
- Enough technical literacy to understand engineering trade-offs
- Asset management, energy, or infrastructure experience is a plus, not a requirement
