Job Opportunity: Senior Product Manager, Funnels/Workflow

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Funnels/Workflow based in United Kingdom.

About the Role

As Senior Product Manager, you will define the strategy and roadmap for two high-impact products focused on customer acquisition, monetization, and subscriber growth.

  • Lead the evolution of workflow automation and web-to-app conversion experiences that help developers turn subscriber behavior and web traffic into revenue.
  • Work at the intersection of product strategy, growth experimentation, analytics, UX, and highly technical infrastructure.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, go-to-market teams, customers, and senior leadership to identify opportunities and turn them into scalable products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for the Funnels and Workflows product areas.
  • Define a cohesive product direction that prioritizes customer value, business impact, experimentation, and sustainable growth.
  • Lead the development of Workflows as an orchestration engine for paywalls, win-back offers, lifecycle campaigns, and other experiences triggered by subscriber behavior.
  • Drive the evolution of Funnels as a web-to-app product designed to convert web traffic into paying mobile subscribers.
  • Engage directly with prospective and existing customers to understand use cases, uncover adoption barriers, identify feature gaps, and help customers improve monetization outcomes.
  • Proactively investigate customer and product problems rather than relying entirely on engineering or support teams to identify and diagnose issues.
  • Partner with growth teams and customers to understand their objectives, challenges, experimentation needs, and monetization strategies.
  • Identify, prioritize, and develop product features that allow customers to create compelling experiences, measure outcomes, and iterate quickly.
  • Establish robust product metrics and use quantitative analysis to evaluate adoption, conversion, retention, revenue impact, and overall product performance.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to translate product opportunities into scalable solutions and bring them successfully to market.
  • Understand the technical infrastructure behind the products and make informed decisions about APIs, data models, system complexity, risk logic, and dependencies.
  • Break ambitious product initiatives into meaningful, achievable increments with clear priorities and realistic timelines.
  • Collaborate directly with senior leadership to communicate product opportunities, strategy, progress, trade-offs, and expected impact.
  • Continuously experiment, learn from results, and refine product strategy based on customer feedback and data.
  • Act as a strong advocate for customers while maintaining a clear focus on helping them increase revenue, conversion, and subscriber growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
