The Global Logistics Exports organization empowers Sellers to move inventory across the world. To support this business, we operate the largest Amazon cross-country network spanning +1k lanes and 200 countries. In EU, Selling Partners have access to regional placement solutions, with the flagship PanEuropean (PanEU) program, becoming the top choice to boost sales across Europe, delivering the best Customer experience. PanEU offers Selling Partners the service to pack and ship their products, moving their inventory across Europe, optimizing speed and cost. Our team shapes the PanEU value proposition, building scalable solutions to make Selling Partners’ selection available to Customers across every European Store, with the sharpest possible prices and with locally available inventory.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our growing organization. This role sits at the intersection of Operations, Business, Compliance and Seller Experience, and is responsible for driving the strategic roadmap of EU Exports and PanEU strategic initiatives. You will have end-to-end product ownership from strategic opportunity assessment to tactical roadmapping and feature development, leveraging data and insights from our Sellers to deliver innovations. You will get the opportunity to solve problems working with tech and non-tech teams in a fast-paced environment.
This role demands business development acumen, navigating ambiguity, influencing cross-functional stakeholders, and delivering scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will leverage product management experience, combined with deep analytical capabilities and a keen sense of innovation, to lead complex initiatives from conception to completion.
This role can be based in London or Luxembourg.
Key job responsibilities
- Define strategy, vision, and roadmap to scale existing products globally, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders across supply chain, operations, technology, and compliance teams.
- Work backwards from Seller needs to develop innovative products that drive measurable improvements in their businesses and delight customers.
- Lead investment prioritization and trade-off discussions, managing project milestones from design through launch.
- Develop detailed product, business, and user experience requirements in collaboration with technical and business teams.
- Own overall product experience and financial performance, identifying and tracking key metrics to measure success and inform continuous improvement.

A day in the life
You'll start your day reviewing operational metrics and Seller feedback to identify improvement opportunities. You'll collaborate with engineering teams on feature development, meet with compliance stakeholders to navigate regulatory requirements, and present roadmap updates to senior leadership. You'll spend time analyzing data to prioritize initiatives, conducting Seller interviews to validate assumptions, and working with business teams across multiple time zones to scale solutions globally. Your customers are Amazon Sellers worldwide, and your internal stakeholders span Operations, Supply Chain, Technology, Compliance, Finance, and Business Development teams.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
- Experience with product cycles of 6+ months
- Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
