About Eucalyptus

We're on a mission to make good health last a lifetime. More than 1 billion people live with obesity worldwide, driving preventable chronic conditions. We're here to build better long-term care.

Eucalyptus is now part of Hims & Hers, the global leader in personalised health and wellness.

Euc is the company behind Juniper, one of the world’s largest weight-management programs, combining GLP-1 medication with personalised nutrition, movement support, and clinician-led care from prescribers, nurses, health coaches, pharmacists, and dietitians. Our published clinical research shows that our combined clinical and behavioural approach helps patients lose significantly more weight during their treatment with Juniper — up to four times more.

Our Growth Story

  • 130% year-over-year revenue growth and a 90% reduction in cash burn, culminating in our $1.15 billion acquisition by Hims & Hers in 2026, giving us the platform to take long-term care global
  • Supported over 350,000 patients living with obesity across five markets
  • Received selective NICE endorsements to provide services to the NHS
  • Tailored our offering to thousands of patients in Australia, the UK, Germany, Japan, and Canada

About the Role: Juniper DE Product Lead (Conversion & Retention)

Juniper DE is where some of our most exciting growth is happening. We've built the leading digital obesity clinic in Germany with a lean team in under two years. Now we need a German-speaking product leader to own the product experience that converts and keeps patients—and to write the playbook for what comes next.

Starting a weight management program isn't a simple transaction—it's a decision shaped by emotion, uncertainty, and often years of hesitation. Your job is to build first impressions so compelling and early experiences so reassuring, that patients stay.

What You’ll Own

You'll work with a cross-functional squad of engineers and designers and lead:

  • The full acquisition and activation journey—landing pages, quizzes, onboarding, and the moments that build trust before a patient speaks to a clinician
  • Retention for Juniper DE, partnering with CRM, clinical, and commercial teams to optimise long-term engagement
  • A rigorous experimentation program—A/B tests, pricing and packaging design, onboarding experiments—with candid insights that inform strategies across markets
  • Pricing and packaging exploration for Germany, working with commercial and finance on unit economics and growth marketing on execution
  • Conversion and retention reporting cadence, ensuring the squad stays aligned on performance

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About You

Critical Qualities:

You operate as natively as possible in user psychology and conversion funnels as you do in data-driven experimentation. You:

  • Have a distinctive knack for building trust with new users—and the discipline to prove it with actionable insights
  • Are native or professionally fluent in German—frequently conversing with patients, colleagues, and teams to ensure formatting and UX land intuitively. Conversational fluency in English is a must.
  • Have multiple years of product management experience, particularly in growth, conversion, or experimentation roles
  • Are commercially sharp; you trust and speak unit economics (CAC, LTV) and how product decisions move profit margins
  • Read funnels like stories, gather signal from user behaviours, and turn data into clear prioritisation decisions
  • Design interfaces that do more than function—resonate with the needs and fears of people in their journey
  • Prefer being hands-on—writing specifications, designing tests, cutting into data yourself without reliance on outsourced teams
  • Use AI as a force multiplier, not a replacement—betting on how key analyses can work smarter, not harder
  • Are adaptable—your intensity is matched by an effort to iterate when changing preferences or contexts arise
