Product Lead / Head of Product Senior Product Manager - In-Person Payments & Retail Expansion

We're partnering with a global fintech that is transforming payment experiences through innovative, cloud-native technology. Their platform powers secure, scalable payment solutions across multiple international markets, helping organisations modernise payment ecosystems and deliver seamless customer experiences across both digital and physical channels.

Due to continued growth, they're looking for a Senior Product Manager / Product Lead / Head of Product to lead the evolution and expansion of their Retail & In-Person Payments proposition.

This is a fantastic opportunity to own a strategically important product vertical, defining vision, roadmap and execution as the business expands into new payment channels and use cases including:

  • Card Present / In-Person Payments
  • SoftPOS
  • EV Charging
  • Parking Solutions
  • Kiosks & Vending
  • Hardware & Device Integrations

Working closely with Commercial, Engineering and external technology partners, you'll help shape a scalable payments ecosystem that supports new markets, new channels and new customer experiences.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
