Senior Product Manager - Interfaces & Services

London based - flexible working

The Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to join a growing Interfaces & Services team responsible for foundational products and capabilities used across different parts of the organisation. The area includes capabilities such as network interconnection, APIs and API tooling, sitting across multiple customer propositions rather than belonging to one traditional product line. This is a particularly good opportunity for a Product Manager who is technically curious, enjoys solving complex problems and wants the opportunity to take meaningful ownership. You don't need to know every answer from day one. What is important is having the Product fundamentals, curiosity and adaptability to understand the problem, work with the right people and drive towards an outcome.

What You'll Be Doing

You will:

  • Own and develop products and capabilities within the Interfaces & Services portfolio.
  • Understand customer and business problems and translate them into product requirements and priorities.
  • Contribute to product strategy and roadmap development.
  • Work closely with engineering, technical and commercial stakeholders.
  • Work across APIs, integrations, interconnection and other foundational services.
  • Prioritise requirements based on customer, technical and commercial value.
  • Support products through discovery, development and ongoing improvement.
  • Use insight and data to inform decisions.
  • Communicate effectively between technical and non-technical teams.
  • Challenge assumptions and existing approaches where appropriate.
  • Take personal ownership for moving work forward rather than waiting for everything to be defined.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with genuine Product Management experience and the potential to continue developing into a strong senior Product professional. You should be able to demonstrate:

  • Ownership of a product, proposition or meaningful product area.
  • Experience identifying and understanding customer/user problems.
  • Product discovery experience.
  • Roadmap and prioritisation experience.
  • Experience working closely with Engineering or other technical teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management.
  • Commercial awareness.
  • Confidence using data and insight to inform decisions.
  • Technical curiosity.
  • An ability to communicate complex subjects clearly.
  • Adaptability and comfort working through ambiguity.
  • A proactive and hands-on approach.

Experience with APIs, platforms, integrations, connectivity, infrastructure or technically complex products would be particularly relevant. Telecoms experience would be useful but isn't essential if you have strong transferable Product experience.

Product Management, Not Just Backlog Management

We're particularly interested in understanding what you have personally owned. Managing a backlog and writing user stories can be part of Product Management, but this role requires more than that. We want someone who can talk through:

  • What was the problem?
  • How did you understand or validate it?
  • What options did you consider?
  • How did you decide what to prioritise?
  • What did you personally own?
  • How did you work with technical teams to deliver it?
  • What was the outcome?

The Type of Person Who Will Succeed

Curiosity and mindset are particularly important. You'll be joining a lean organisation, so you need to be willing to get involved rather than assuming somebody else will pick up the detail. You should be comfortable with change, willing to challenge established thinking and able to make progress even when everything isn't perfectly defined. This would particularly suit someone who wants more ownership and exposure, rather than simply moving into another role where they manage somebody else's backlog.

Why Join?

Interfaces & Services is a growing area, meaning you'll have the opportunity to help shape products rather than simply maintain something that's already finished. You'll work alongside experienced people across Product, Technology and the wider business while getting exposure to technically complex products that sit at the heart of how different services work together. The wider organisation has been through significant change, but that also creates an opportunity for people joining now to influence what comes next. For someone who enjoys solving problems, getting into the detail and seeing the direct impact of their work, there is significant scope to develop and make the role your own.
