We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Investments & Funding team and lead the development and growth of our investment and funding products, including our flagship savings product, SmartSaver.

About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our investment and funding product portfolio. You will work closely with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, legal, finance, and operations teams to create seamless customer experiences and drive sustainable business growth.

You will combine customer insights, market trends, and commercial objectives to deliver products that create value for both our customers and the business.

What You'll Do

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define and own the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Investments & Funding domain.
  • Identify growth opportunities through customer research, market analysis, and competitive intelligence.
  • Partner with senior leadership to align product initiatives with business objectives.

Product Development & Delivery

  • Lead products through the entire lifecycle, from discovery and validation to launch and optimisation.
  • Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritise initiatives based on customer impact, business value, risk, and effort.
  • Drive fast experimentation and data-driven decision-making.

Customer & Market Focus

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, motivations, and pain points.
  • Build products that reduce financial anxiety and help customers achieve their financial goals.
  • Stay informed about market developments, emerging technologies, and industry trends in investments, savings, and digital finance.

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully deliver product initiatives.
  • Communicate product strategy, priorities, progress, and insights to stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for the Investments & Funding product area.

Compliance & Risk

  • Work closely with legal, compliance, and risk teams to ensure products meet regulatory requirements.
  • Balance innovation with responsible product development and customer protection.

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience in customer-facing digital products.
  • Proven experience in one or more of the following industries: Investments, Savings and Funding Products, Fintech, Digital Banking, Wealth Management, Financial Marketplaces, Consumer Finance, App-building or Digital Platform Businesses.
  • Demonstrated success in launching, scaling, and optimising digital products.
  • Experience working closely with engineering, design, and analytics teams in an agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of customer-centric product development and product discovery practices.
  • Experience balancing commercial goals, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.

Gross salary range for this position is €4900–€6000 per month.
