Senior AI Product Manager | London | £100k–£150k + Equity

You know the feeling. You’ve got the idea and the tools. You could have a working prototype by lunch, but instead you’re waiting on a design review or sprint slot.

This Senior Product Manager role is built for the opposite.

The Company

Series A. $26M raised from tier-1 European and US investors. 8x usage growth in nine months.

They’re building an AI intelligence platform for institutional real estate and finance, where the output might inform a $100M decision.

That creates some genuinely difficult product problems.

  • How do you make AI-extracted insight trustworthy alongside the source material?
  • How do you turn bespoke enterprise workflows into repeatable product?
  • How do you make the first 30 seconds of a demo feel like an intelligence platform rather than another chatbot?

That’s what you’ll be working on.

The Senior Product Manager Role

You’ll own a product area end-to-end, from customer problem through to pixel-level delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

  • Get close to enterprise customers.
  • Work out where the product wins and where it loses.
  • Form an opinion.
  • Open Figma.
  • Prototype it.
  • Cut scope.
  • Make the call.
  • Touch code when that’s quicker than waiting, then ship.

There’s very little appetite here for PRDs, roadmap theatre or process for the sake of process. Engineering ships daily and product is expected to keep pace.

If Claude, Claude Code or Cursor have fundamentally changed how you work, you’ll probably enjoy it here.

One important distinction: this is a senior IC career path.

  • There’s no team to build underneath you and no Head of Product carrot being dangled.
  • Progression comes through harder problems, more ownership and greater product impact, not headcount.

What They Need to See

  • Senior Product Manager / Product Lead experience
  • AI products shipped and used by real customers
  • Real opinions on agentic systems, evals and probabilistic outputs
  • Personally AI-native, with something you’ve built yourself recently
  • Strong B2B / enterprise product experience
  • Commercial instincts around adoption, expansion and revenue
  • Comfortable in high-stakes customer conversations
  • Still want to prototype, decide and ship rather than manage

Experience with complex data, document intelligence, extraction, search or analytics is a plus. Real estate, finance, legal, insurance, healthcare or construction experience helps, but isn’t essential.

Compensation & Logistics

  • £100k–£150k + meaningful equity
  • London, hybrid (1-2 days in Soho)
  • US travel roughly once a month
  • Private healthcare, generous PTO + two-week December shutdown

If you’ve been looking for a way to progress in product without progressing into management, this might be it.
