ROLE PURPOSE
We are seeking a commercially minded Senior Product Manager to own and drive the product roadmap across our Standard and Enterprise product lines.
You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, balancing competing priorities and ensuring product investment is focused on the opportunities that deliver the greatest value to both our customers and the business.
Working closely with Engineering, Architecture, Professional Services, Customer Service, Sales, and Pre-Sales, you will shape product strategy, manage roadmap priorities and ensure we deliver products that are scalable, commercially successful and aligned with market needs.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys product discovery, stakeholder engagement, prioritisation and turning ideas into measurable outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Roadmap Ownership:
- Own and maintain the product roadmap across Standard and Enterprise offerings.
- Prioritise initiatives based on customer value, commercial impact, strategic alignment and delivery feasibility.
- Define clear product objectives, outcomes and success measures.
- Communicate roadmap priorities
Product Discovery & Strategy:
- Engage with customers, prospects and internal teams to identify opportunities and pain points.
- Translate feedback, market insight and business objectives into product initiatives.
- Lead discovery activities and product shaping for new capabilities and enhancements.
- Develop business cases and recommendations for product investment.

Product Governance & Prioritisation:
- Own the intake and prioritisation process for product requests.
- Evaluate and score new opportunities using a consistent framework.
- Balance short-term customer needs with long-term product strategy.
- Ensure roadmap decisions are transparent and evidence-based.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Partner closely with Engineering, Architecture & Professional Services to shape solutions and define priorities.
- Work with Professional Services, Customer Service, Sales & Pre-Sales to ensure product plans reflect customer and operational realities.
- Act as the central point of coordination for roadmap planning and communication.
- Support the Delivery Manager to create & deliver well defined and measured sprint candidates.
Quality Leadership:
- Line manage the Senior Quality Analyst.
- Champion quality throughout the product lifecycle.
- Ensure quality considerations are embedded in roadmap planning and product decision-making.
- Support the continuous improvement of testing, release and quality practices.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Essential:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager within a SaaS or software business.
- Strong experience managing and prioritising product roadmaps.
- Ability to balance customer needs, commercial objectives and technical constraints.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working closely with software engineering teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to make clear, evidence-based prioritisation decisions.
Desirable:
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics technologies and business applications.
- Experience working within ERP, CRM, hospitality, leisure, property or vertical SaaS markets.
- Experience leading product discovery and customer research activities.
- Previous line management or mentoring experience.
