The Senior Product Manager
The Senior Product Manager is responsible for defining and delivering product outcomes within the Golden Phoenix programme, ensuring alignment to business objectives, user needs, and value delivery. The role exists to translate strategic goals into product vision, roadmap, and prioritised backlog, driving delivery across business and technology teams to achieve measurable outcomes for ST&S transformation.
Key Accountabilities:
- Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities to align teams on delivery outcomes.
- Manage product backlog and prioritise features to maximise business value and meet programme objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Work closely with engineering and delivery teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product increments.
- Monitor product performance and outcomes to ensure delivery of measurable value and benefits.
- Ensure alignment with programme governance, standards, and overall transformation objectives.

Essential Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, technology or related discipline.
- Product management or agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Product Owner) desirable.
Essential Experience & Job Requirements:
- Experience in product management or delivering digital or technology products.
- Strong understanding of agile delivery, backlog management, and prioritisation techniques.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams across business and technology.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into product requirements and outcomes.
- Proficiency in tools such as ADO, Jira, or similar product management platforms.
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience in energy trading or ST&S domain.
- Exposure to large transformation programmes or digital initiatives.
- Experience working with data, analytics, or AI-enabled products.
