The Role
Liberis is evolving into a multi-product embedded finance company, creating demand for better data, insight, and clearer thinking. As our Senior Data Product Manager, you will be at the heart of this challenge, defining data products that power smarter decisions across Liberis.
You will own the data and insights product, building foundations that enable commercial, credit, and operations teams to understand the business. You will define the entities in our data model, how products and customers relate, and ensure our insights are presented in great dashboards, tools, and self-serve capabilities.

Our Engineering Team is undergoing an AI-first transformation, and you will be crucial in leading, innovating, and improving our data and AI posture and capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Help commercial decision-makers understand small businesses and their use of our product range.
- Develop a clear conceptual model of the business and engage with stakeholders.
- Own the roadmap for internal data & insight products, defining what good looks like and building it.
- Partner with engineering and analysts to ensure data is modeled and presented effectively.
- Review data models, dashboards, and definitions to ensure accuracy and trust.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior data product or analytics product role.
- Track record of helping commercial teams make better decisions through data.
- Strong ability to think about entities, taxonomies, and relationships in data.
- Hands-on experience with Looker and LookML.
- Working knowledge of SQL, DBT, and BigQuery.
- Experience working with a multi-skilled team of analysts and data engineers.
- Clear, confident communication with senior commercial stakeholders.
