π Contract Senior Product Manager | AI & Data | Beauty & Wellness π
Are you a product leader who can start fast and make an impact from week one? π This role needs someone who can get stuck in straight away and help drive an ambitious product agenda over the coming months.
π Location: London
π’ Work Model: Hybrid (3 days on-site)
β³ Duration: 4 months
π· Compensation: Up to Β£500-Β£550 per day - DOE - Outside IR35
β±οΈ Start Date: Immediate start
π Who you'll be working with
An international, integrated marketing group working with some of the best-known names in beauty and wellness, as well as exciting challenger brands. They're investing heavily in AI and data to scale their services, and product is central to that growth.
π‘ Why this role stands out
As the first Product Manager, you'll help build AI platforms with real commercial models behind them. This is about creating new revenue opportunities for the business, not just internal efficiencies. There's no inherited backlog and no rigid playbook. You'll report into the CPO, work across every part of the business, and set the product foundations everyone else builds on.

π§ Your focus areas
- π€ AI automation and tooling: identify, set up and roll out AI tools that remove manual effort from campaign delivery
- π° Commercial AI platforms: help shape AI products with clear commercial models and a route to revenue
- π Data and BI: shape the data strategy and reporting tools that help teams give clients sharper, evidence-based advice
- π§± Product foundations: introduce agile ways of working (sprints, refinement, estimation) with a small engineering team
- πΊοΈ Roadmap: create a clear, prioritised plan the whole business can get behind
- π Digital experience: improve customer journeys and conversion to drive commercial growth
- π£ Advocacy: champion product and show its impact on business results
β‘ Non-negotiable: pace
This is an agency environment that moves quickly, and it isn't for everyone. You'll need proven experience in fast-paced settings, where you're comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and delivering quickly without waiting for perfect conditions.

π You'll likely have
- β 5+ years in product management, with a strong record of end-to-end delivery
- π€ Deep, hands-on experience with AI automation, including tooling selection, setup and deployment
- πΌ Strong commercial instincts, ideally including experience building products with new business or monetisation models
- βοΈ Experience with build vs. buy decisions and vendor selection
- π Practical Agile/Scrum know-how and confident writing of requirements and acceptance
π― Criteria
- Experience with OKRs or similar goal-setting
- π€ Confidence managing senior stakeholders
- π A working grasp of GDPR and data governance
β¨ Bonus points for:
- π± Influencer or creator marketing experience
- ποΈ A background in beauty, FMCG or e-commerce
