Job Description

About Us

Reachdesk is the first truly end-to-end global SaaS gifting and swag platform, helping B2B companies create meaningful connections with prospects, customers, and employees, while driving measurable ROI.

We believe gifting is more than just a transaction: it’s about building genuine human connections that fuel business growth. Whether it’s engaging prospects, celebrating customers, or recognizing employees, our platform makes it easy to deliver personalized gifts, branded swag, and unforgettable event & brand experiences at scale through automated sourcing, storage, and global delivery.

Trusted by many of the most recognized names in technology and SaaS, Reachdesk integrates effortlessly with marketing, sales, and HRIS tech stacks and is powered by our world-class team across New York, London, and Lisbon.

We’re growing, and we’re currently looking for a Senior Product Manager to join us.

About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager at Reachdesk, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the Reachdesk Platform. You will be accountable for turning complex customer and business problems into software products that deliver measurable impact.

Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you’ll lead product initiatives end-to-end, from identifying and deeply understanding the right problems to solve, through discovery and delivery, to launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.

You’ll operate with a high degree of autonomy, proactively building context across customers, the market, internal stakeholders, data, and technology to understand what Reachdesk needs to achieve its goals. You’ll also make sound decisions when the path forward isn’t obvious.

You’ll partner closely with Engineering and Design and work across the wider business to create alignment, communicate decisions clearly, and ensure what we build is successfully launched, adopted, and delivers the outcomes we set out to achieve.

If you enjoy solving difficult problems, taking ownership, and moving comfortably between customer, technical, and business conversations, you’ll thrive in this role.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Responsibilities

  • Set product direction and priorities, bringing together company goals, internal stakeholder needs, customer insight, market context, data, and technical considerations to focus on the highest-impact opportunities.
  • Define problems and experiences before solutions, creating clear stories, journeys, and shared context so the Design and Engineering teams understand the problem and intended outcomes before determining the solution.
  • Lead product initiatives end-to-end, from discovery and solution definition through delivery, rollout, and iteration, partnering with Engineering to manage scope, make pragmatic trade-offs, and deliver valuable solutions at pace.
  • Make sound product decisions and trade-offs, balancing customer and business needs, commercial impact, user experience, and technical considerations while aligning the wider business on compromises, priorities, and expectations.
  • Develop product opportunities with external partners, building relationships with technology partners to uncover mutual opportunities, shape integrations, align roadmaps, and navigate the product and commercial considerations required to bring them to market.
  • Orchestrate successful launches and adoption, working across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Services, Logistics, Finance, Legal, and other teams to ensure the business is ready and customers realise value from what we build.
  • Communicate with clarity throughout, ensuring leadership and teams across Reachdesk understand product decisions, progress, risks, changes, and results.

About you

  • You have a strong track record of owning B2B SaaS products end-to-end, from identifying the right problems through delivery, adoption, and measurable customer and business outcomes.
  • You’re a strong problem solver who gets to the root of complex problems, brings structure to ambiguity, and uses evidence and judgement to determine the right path forward.
  • You operate with independence and initiative: you seek out the customers, stakeholders, data, and context you need rather than waiting for direction, while staying anchored to Reachdesk’s goals and priorities.
  • You have strong business and commercial awareness and are curious about how the wider company operates, allowing you to understand competing needs and make pragmatic decisions beyond the boundaries of Product.
  • You’re technically fluent enough to work effectively with Engineering, understand systems, integrations, and constraints, ask the right questions, and contribute meaningfully to solution and scope decisions.
  • You’re an exceptional communicator, able to create clarity, influence decisions, surface difficult trade-offs, and adapt how you communicate across customers, engineers, leadership, and teams throughout the business.
  • You’re comfortable operating externally as well as internally, building productive relationships with technology partners, uncovering shared opportunities, influencing without authority, and navigating product, technical, and commercial conversations.
  • You have a strong sense of product and user experience, caring about the coherence and quality of the complete experience rather than whether individual requirements or features have simply been delivered.
